Care Coordinator  

Mine is one of the first friendly faces to greet our patients when they come into the office. Seeing our patients’ confidence soar and the smiles on their faces is the best part of my job. Plus, we couldn’t have a better team here if we tried. We’re all friends, and that creates an amazing, positive atmosphere.

As a care coordinator, I am responsible for answering the phones, scheduling appointments, and managing our patients’ charts.

Every day is fun when you get to work with great people to create smiles! I love being a part of helping patients get the smiles they’ve always wanted and seeing their confidence grow the day they finish treatment!

I am originally from Cape Coral, Florida, and moved here with my parents when I was a kid. My high school sweetheart Kyle and I are getting married in 2022. We have two four-legged children, a chocolate lab named Otto and a yellow lab named Opie. I love horseback riding, hunting, and archery. If you’re looking for me in October and November, I’ll be wearing camo when I’m not in my scrubs. I’ve recently learned how to cook the game I’ve harvested, but I still don’t like doing the dishes!

I genuinely believe that when we change a smile, we change a life. Some patients may be unhappy about their smile and may wish it was brighter or healthier. Luckily, our dental team can help patients achieve their goals! I love when patients tell me they used to be so self-conscious of their teeth but now can smile with confidence. Our team has great energy together too; we never leave anyone behind or alone, and always are there to jump in whenever one of us needs a helping hand.

I live in the town of Hilton near Lake Ontario with my fiancé Adam, our daughters Addison and Payton, and our boxer Diggs. We love the outdoors! Our favorite hobbies that we do most are kayaking, traveling, camping, biking, cooking, gardening, going to the beach, riding our four-wheelers around the trails, and spending time with family and friends.

Financial Coordinator

My goal as our financial coordinator allows me to assist patients in fully maximizing their insurance benefits to decrease their out of pocket expenses. I began my dental career in 2007 as an orthodontic receptionist, gaining 14 years of experience with dental billing and collections. In total, I have more than 35 years of customer service experience in an office setting. Having worked with Dr. Restrepo for more than ten years, I’ve come to appreciate her enthusiasm and passion for her work. It is an attitude that extends to every member of our team.

I have been married for more than 35 years to my husband Roy. We have four energetic grandsons who keep us busy and a very spoiled Schnoodle named Zeva.
